The Capulets is a daring world premiere from CRB’s Founding Artistic Director Wade Schaaf, featuring a haunting original score by Matty Mattsson and mesmerizing projection design by John Pobojewski of SPAN. This full-length ballet reimagines Romeo and Juliet from the perspective of the Capulet family, centering Lady Capulet’s secret love affair with Tybalt and all of the drama of the Capulet family —casting a new light on one of literature’s most iconic families.
